A paid Panel period

If you cancel, you keep the Panel until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund that period. A term of 3, 6 or 12 months is one period. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not cut the period into months and return the ones you will not use.

We refund a fee when we choose to, or when we end a paid plan early without a reason in the Terms: non-payment, a serious breach, a security risk, or a legal duty. In that case you keep access until the end of what you paid, or we return the unused part of that period.

The trial and the free plan

The trial is Premium for the days shown on the site, with no card. It ends on its own. There is nothing to refund. The free plan is not billed.

How to cancel

Cancel the plan in the Panel. That stops future PayPal charges, and the period already paid stays usable. If you pay by crypto, Pago Móvil, transfer or Zelle, there is no automatic next charge. The plan ends when the period ends, unless you renew it.

PayPal

Arodeni is the seller of the plan. PayPal takes the payment. Cancelling inside the Panel and cancelling the automatic payment inside your own PayPal account are two different acts. If you only cancel inside PayPal, we treat the plan as ending when the period already paid ends, and we do not keep billing the fee. Cancelling in the Panel also cancels the PayPal subscription, so another charge does not go out.

Crypto

Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC pays the whole period up front, at the price of that day. It does not renew, it is not split, and it is not reversed like a card. It counts once we confirm what arrived. Network fees and a shortfall are yours. A confirmed crypto payment is not refunded.

Pago Móvil, transfer and Zelle

These turn the plan on when we confirm the payment. Pago Móvil and a transfer are in bolívares at the day's euro rate. Zelle is in dollars. A confirmed payment is not refunded, except where this page says we end a paid plan early without cause.

Chargebacks

A refund, a reversal or a chargeback of our fee does not rewrite your sales, your inventory, your cash closes or your customers' balances. We can suspend the Panel while a dispute about our fee is open. We keep the record of acceptance, the plan and the cancellation, because that is what a subscription dispute is decided on.

We do not promise that PayPal's own processing fee comes back.

Custom projects

Half is paid to start, and the other half at the end or stage by stage, unless the quote says otherwise. Once we have started, the first payment is not refunded. If you stop the project, we stop, we hand you what was finished, and we do not charge a stage we have not started.

If you cancel before we start, we return the first payment, except money already spent on your behalf, such as a domain or a third-party fee.
