Every unit by its IMEI
Each phone comes in with its IMEI when you buy it, and the Panel checks that the number is a valid one. A dual-SIM phone keeps both its IMEIs. In stock you see which are on the shelf and which were sold, with their customer and when their warranty ends.

Phones and accessories in one sale
When you ring up a phone, the register asks for its IMEI, scanned or by its last digits. Cases, chargers and headphones sell like any product, and the customer can pay part in dollars and part by Pago Móvil.

Paste the bank's messages, share them from the bank's app or upload a screenshot, and the Panel matches each payment by reference and amount. Transfers and Zelle are checked too.

Load your phones and accessories
Import your products from Excel, mark the phones as IMEI products and set each one's warranty days. The IMEIs go in when you enter the stock, pasted as a list or scanned.

Prices in US dollars. Pay with PayPal or a card, or in crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC), paying the period up front at the day's price. By Pago Móvil or transfer you pay in bolívares at the day's euro rate, and by Zelle in dollars. If you cancel, you keep using it until the end of the period you paid for.
Questions
How do I keep track of IMEIs?
Each phone comes in with its IMEI when you buy or load it, and is tracked unit by unit: the purchase that brought it, the sale that took it and the customer. Any phone can be found by its last digits, and the stock always matches the units you have.
How does the warranty work?
Each product has its warranty days. When it sells, the nota de entrega prints the IMEI and the last day of the warranty, and when the customer comes back you look it up by the IMEI and see whether it's still covered.
Can I take a phone back or swap it?
Yes, on Basic and Premium. A return puts that IMEI back in stock, and an exchange does the return and the new sale in one step: the customer pays or gets back only the difference. You decide how many days after the sale you accept them.
What if the internet drops in the middle of a sale?
The register keeps selling offline. If, when it's back, that IMEI turns out to have been sold at another register or was never loaded, the sale is kept and flagged so you pick which phone really left.
Can I take Cashea?
Yes. Cashea comes as a payment method, one that a third party pays you later, and the sale is recorded with it.
Does it issue fiscal invoices?
No. It issues notas de entrega (delivery notes) with the IMEI and the warranty, not SENIAT fiscal invoices. If your store invoices with a fiscal printer, keep using it for the invoice and run your phones, register and payments in the Panel. Write to us before you start if you're unsure.
