Sell by the unit, the metre or the kilo
Cable and hose sell by the metre, nails by the kilo, screws by the unit or by the box. Set a quantity price like “from 12, $1.10” and the register applies it when the customer takes more. Search by name or code, or scan it.

Put the quote together with its products, the discount and the days it's valid, and send it by WhatsApp as a page and a PDF. The customer accepts it with one tap, and the register charges it at the quoted prices, only once.

Credit for trusted customers
Each contractor or company with their credit limit, what they took and how long they've owed it. The Panel tells you who to collect from each day, and the statement goes out by WhatsApp.

Prices in US dollars. Pay with PayPal or a card, or in crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC), paying the period up front at the day's price. By Pago Móvil or transfer you pay in bolívares at the day's euro rate, and by Zelle in dollars. If you cancel, you keep using it until the end of the period you paid for.
Questions
Can I sell cable or hose by the metre?
Yes. Each product has its unit: unit, metre, kilo, gram, litre or millilitre, and it sells with decimals, like 2.5 metres. Stock goes down in that same unit.
Can I give bulk prices by quantity?
Yes. Each product can have quantity prices, like “from 12, $1.10; from 24, $1.00”, and the register applies them by itself. You can also sell it in packs, like a box or a sack, which take what they hold out of stock.
How do I update the prices of many products?
In Products you pick the ones you want, or everything a filter finds, and change their price by a percentage, by a margin over cost or at today's rate. You see the before and after, can undo it, and then print the new labels.
Can I give a contractor credit?
Yes, on Basic and Premium. You set their limit, what they take goes on their account with its date, payments come in at the day's rate, and the Panel reminds you who to collect from.
Can I count the stock with a phone?
Yes. You open a stock count and several people count at once from their phones, scanning with the camera. You review the differences, and when you approve it the stock is what they counted.
Can I keep the shop and the storeroom apart?
Yes, on Premium: each shop or storeroom keeps its own stock, and you move goods from one to the other with a transfer.
Does it issue fiscal invoices?
No. It issues notas de entrega (delivery notes), not SENIAT fiscal invoices. If your hardware store invoices with a fiscal printer, keep using it for the invoice and run your stock, quotes, credit and register in the Panel. Write to us before you start if you're unsure.
