How much does it cost to build an app for my business?
It depends on which devices it has to run on (iPhone, Android, Windows or Mac), how many screens it has and what it has to connect to, like your store or your system. Before anything is built, we send you the scope and the price in writing.
An app or a website?
If it's used now and then, a website is usually enough and costs less. An app is worth it when it's opened every day, or when it needs things from the phone like notifications, the camera or working without signal.
Do you publish it on the App Store and Google Play?
Yes, we prepare it and submit it under your business's name. Apple and Google charge their own fee for the developer account and review every app before publishing it, so the release date also depends on that review.
Does it work offline?
It can, if the work calls for it: for example, staff taking orders where the signal drops. The app keeps what they do and sends it when the connection comes back. We define it before building, because it changes the work and the price.
Does it connect to the system I already have?
If we built the system, yes: the app uses the same data. If it's another program, it depends on whether it can be connected to from outside; we check before quoting.

Half to start. The other half however you prefer: at the end, or stage by stage.
How we work
Who builds it?
Our team. And the person you talk to is the person who builds your software: you explain your business directly to whoever writes the code, with no go-between.
Where do you work from?
From Venezuela. We talk by WhatsApp, email or video, in English or Spanish, so we work with businesses wherever they are.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. We build it around how your business already works.
When do I see it working?
At every stage. We build in short stages and show you screens that already work, with your real products and prices, so the course can change in time.

Can you build just a website?
Yes. A project doesn't have to be big: a simple website is as welcome as a full system.
Do you build large systems?
Yes. RUSH runs a whole factory, Termotronic: sales, banks, stock, production, imports and tax books, in dollars and bolívares. PrintCo runs a print shop's quotes, production and stock.
Can you bring over the data from my old system?
Yes. We move it into the new system so you don't start from zero: RUSH began by reading twenty years of invoices out of a DOS program.
Security and support
Is my information safe?
The database is backed up automatically every day. Each employee signs in with their own user and permissions, and the system records who did what.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Whenever you ask for it, we hand it over complete.
Can you hand over the source code?
Yes, if you want it: we quote it separately. Our model is to build your system and then keep looking after it as an ongoing service (the server, the database, updates and fixes), so the code isn't part of the usual price. And if we ever stop working on your system, we hand you the code so it can keep running.
What if something fails?
We look after the server, the database and the system, and keep them up to date. If something fails on our side, it's the first thing we attend to.
What happens after launch?
We launch it and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here for fixes and the next round of improvements.
