The database is backed up automatically every day. Each employee signs in with their own user and permissions, and the system records who did what.

Our model is to build your system and then keep looking after it as an ongoing service (the server, the database, updates and fixes), so the code isn't part of the usual price. And if we ever stop working on your system, we hand you the code so it can keep running.
We look after the server, the database and the system, and keep them up to date. If something fails on our side, it's the first thing we attend to.
We launch it and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here for fixes and the next round of improvements.
