Termotronic

The website of Termotronic, the tankless electric water heaters made in Venezuela since 1994.

Termotronic has made tankless electric water heaters in Caracas since 1994. Its new website shows why they beat a tank: a day of power use, hour by hour, side by side with an 80-litre tank, and a calculator for how hot the water comes out. Every authorized store is on a map and has its own page, and the list comes straight from RUSH, the system we built for them, so the site and the WhatsApp bot always send people to a store that sells it.

Before“People asked us the same three things every day: how it saves power, how hot it gets and where to buy it.”

Now“Now the site answers all three, and every store it sends them to really sells our heaters.”

Jose Luis, Termotronic

A day with each heater

A family's day plays out hour by hour, so anyone can see where a tank's electricity goes and why this one uses less.

Every store on a map

Every authorized distributor, updated every hour from the company's own list, each a tap away from its address and WhatsApp.

On a phone

Most people arrive from a phone, so the promise and the way to a store come first on a small screen too.

How hot it comes out

Sliders for flow, incoming water and voltage answer the question every buyer asks before they buy.

A page per product

Each heater and accessory has its page, with specs, manuals and videos, and the two ways to buy it.

Frequently asked questions

Before we start

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need. You get the exact price in the quote, before anything is built.

How long does it take?

It depends on what has to be built. The timeline goes in the quote, with the price, before we start.

What's agreed before we start?

In writing, in whatever form your company needs: what's included, what it costs and when it will be ready. Before anything is built, you know exactly what you'll get.

How is it paid?

Half to start. The other half however you prefer: at the end, or stage by stage.

How we work

Who builds it?

Our team. And the person you talk to is the person who builds your software: you explain your business directly to whoever writes the code, with no go-between.

Where do you work from?

From Venezuela. We talk by WhatsApp, email or video, in English or Spanish, so we work with businesses wherever they are.

Do I have to change how I work?

No. We build it around how your business already works.

When do I see it working?

At every stage. We build in short stages and show you screens that already work, with your real products and prices, so the course can change in time.

What we build

Can you build just a website?

Yes. A project doesn't have to be big: a simple website is as welcome as a full system.

Do you build large systems?

Yes. RUSH runs a whole factory, Termotronic: sales, banks, stock, production, imports and tax books, in dollars and bolívares. PrintCo runs a print shop's quotes, production and stock.

Can you bring over the data from my old system?

Yes. We move it into the new system so you don't start from zero: RUSH began by reading twenty years of invoices out of a DOS program.

Security and support

Is my information safe?

The database is backed up automatically every day. Each employee signs in with their own user and permissions, and the system records who did what.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Whenever you ask for it, we hand it over complete.

Can you hand over the source code?

Yes, if you want it: we quote it separately. Our model is to build your system and then keep looking after it as an ongoing service (the server, the database, updates and fixes), so the code isn't part of the usual price. And if we ever stop working on your system, we hand you the code so it can keep running.

What if something fails?

We look after the server, the database and the system, and keep them up to date. If something fails on our side, it's the first thing we attend to.

What happens after launch?

We launch it and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here for fixes and the next round of improvements.
