Arodeni Panel POS and inventory system for bodegas and abastos in Venezuela
Arodeni Panel is the sales and inventory system for the bodega, the abasto and the minimarket: you set prices in dollars and charge in bolívares at the day's BCV rate, in cash, by card, by Pago Móvil or all at once. Store credit, the register and what's running low live in the same place, on a computer or a phone.
30 days of Premium, no card. Then carry on free, or with everything from $20 a month.

What changes
TodayEvery morning I get the calculator out to turn prices into bolívares, and by midday the rate has changed.
With the PanelThe Panel picks up the BCV rate by itself every day, and the register charges in bolívares, dollars or a mix, with the change worked out.
TodayStore credit is in a notebook and I never really know who owes me, or since when.
With the PanelEach customer has their balance, what they took and how many days they've owed it, and the reminder goes out by WhatsApp.
TodayPeople have shown me Pago Móvil screenshots for money that never arrived, and the register never adds up at closing.
With the PanelEach Pago Móvil waits until you confirm it with the bank, a repeated reference is flagged, and the close tells you what should be there by method and currency.

The screens you'll use most.
[01] Sell
Ring up a sale fast
Find the product even if you misspell it, or scan it with a reader or the phone's camera. Cheese and deli meats sell by weight, and with a label scale the register reads its barcode. Take part in dollars and part by Pago Móvil in the same sale.
[02] Check payments
Verified Pago Móvil
Paste the bank's messages, share them from the bank's app or upload a screenshot, and the Panel matches them by reference and amount. A reference that was already used, the classic fake screenshot, comes up first.
[03] Customers & credit
Store credit with a name and a date
Who owes, how much and since when, with a limit per customer. Each day the Panel tells you who to collect from, the reminder goes out by WhatsApp, and payments come in at the day's rate.
[04] Restock
Restock without guessing
What's running low is grouped by the supplier who last sold it to you, with how much to order. You send the order by WhatsApp and, when it arrives, it goes into stock at its cost.
[05] Register
A register that adds up
Open with the float, take an X report mid-shift and close by counting, method by method and currency by currency: bolívar cash, dollar cash, card and Pago Móvil, each on its own.
[03]Corner shops
Up and running in an afternoon.
[01]
Load your products
Tick them on a list of about 120 products a bodega usually sells and type each price, import them from Excel, or scan their barcodes with the phone's camera.
[02]
Set up how you get paid
The BCV rate is already there. Turn on the methods you take (bolívar and dollar cash, card, Pago Móvil, transfer) and type the business details that go on the nota de entrega.
[03]
Open the register and sell
Open the register with the float and ring up your first sale. The nota de entrega prints or goes out by WhatsApp, and at the end of the day you close by counting.
The plan that usually fitsBasic · $20/month
Basic ($20 a month, or $15 paying for the year) has what protects a corner shop's money: verified Pago Móvil, store credit, the register close, selling offline and up to 3 users. If you're starting out on your own, the Free plan lets you sell at the BCV rate and keep your stock without paying anything, and your first 30 days are full Premium, no card.
Plans
You start with 30 days of Premium free, with no card. When they end, you choose a plan, or carry on Free with everything you loaded. No contract: move up, down or cancel whenever you want.

Free
If you don't pick a plan when the trial ends, your Panel stays on Free: you sell at the BCV rate, keep products and stock, make delivery notes and 3 quotes a month, for one person. Never billed, never expires.
Prices in US dollars. Pay with PayPal or a card, or in crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC), paying the period up front at the day's price. By Pago Móvil or transfer you pay in bolívares at the day's euro rate, and by Zelle in dollars. If you cancel, you keep using it until the end of the period you paid for.
Questions
Is there a free system for corner shops?
Yes: the Free plan never charges and never expires. You sell with the BCV rate built in, keep products and stock, import from Excel and issue notas de entrega, for one person. Store credit, Pago Móvil verification, the register close and selling offline come with Basic.
Can I sell by weight?
Yes, on Basic and Premium. Cheese, deli meats, vegetables and anything you sell by the kilo is charged by weight, and the register works out the price. If you have a label scale, the register reads the barcode it prints with the weight.
What if the internet goes down?
On Basic and Premium the register keeps selling offline, and the sales upload by themselves when the connection is back.
How do I update prices when the dollar goes up?
Prices are in dollars and the Panel turns them into bolívares at the day's BCV rate by itself. To raise many prices at once, by a percentage or by a margin over cost, you do it in one go, can undo it, and print the new labels.
Can my staff use it without seeing my profit?
Yes. Each person has a role: a cashier sells and collects, while costs and profit stay with you. Each cashier opens the register with their PIN, so every sale and every close is under their name. Basic includes up to 3 people.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes, it works in the phone's browser without installing anything. You can sell at the counter from the phone, scan barcodes with its camera and see how the day is going from home.
Does it issue fiscal invoices?
No. The Panel issues notas de entrega (delivery notes) to print or send by WhatsApp, not SENIAT fiscal invoices. If your shop has to invoice with a fiscal printer, keep using it for that, and run your stock, store credit and register in the Panel. Write to us before you start if you're unsure.
