RUSH

The system that runs Termotronic, a water-heater factory in Venezuela.

Systems for orders, stock and quotes

Termotronic builds electric water heaters. For twenty years its invoices lived in a DOS program. RUSH started by reading those files and ended up running the business: sales, banks, stock, the plant and the tax books, in dollars and bolívares, in one system.

Before“The invoices lived in a DOS program, and we put the rest of the company together by hand.”

Now“Now I can see the sales, the banks, the stock and the plant in one place, in dollars and bolívares.”

Jose Luis, Owner, Termotronic

Heaters sold, year on year

Every heater model month by month across five years, with the current month projected to its close.

Receivables in two currencies

Who owes what and for how long, with every payment, VAT withholding and IGTF on the invoice it belongs to.

What to build next

Which products are running low, how many to build, and which part is holding each one up.

Imports, from order to plant

Every order from China through payment, shipping, Panama and La Guaira, so the plant knows when the parts land.

The Monday summary

Every Monday at 7:00, management gets the week on the phone: what's owed, what's due, sales, cash and profit.

Before you book

How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need. You get the exact price in the quote, before anything is built.
Who builds it?
I do. I work alone, so the person you explain your business to is the person who writes the code.
Where do you work from?
From Venezuela. The call is by video, in English or Spanish, so I work with businesses wherever they are.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. I build it around how your business already works.
Can you build just a website?
Yes. I build anything from a simple website to the system that runs your day.
What happens after launch?
I stay available for fixes and the next round of improvements. I can also set up and look after the server and domain.
Book 30 minutes (opens in a new tab)

You pick the time in the calendar. If you'd rather write, that works too.
