Automations
Which of my business's processes can be automated?
The ones that repeat and always follow the same steps: copying receipts into Excel, sending payment reminders, sending the weekly invoice or telling a customer their order is ready. If a task needs a different decision each time, the automation can prepare the work and leave the decision to you.
How much does it cost to automate a task?
It depends on how many steps it has, how many tools need connecting, and whether it uses AI, for example to read receipts. If a tool charges by use, like WhatsApp messages or the AI, we tell you in the quote, along with the scope and the price.
Can I do it myself with n8n or Zapier?
For simple tasks, yes, and it may be all you need. It's worth hiring when the task touches your system, your bank or your customers and can't fail without anyone noticing, or when no one on your team has time to maintain it.
Do the WhatsApp messages come from my number?
Yes, if your number is on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which is the way to send automatic messages. Meta charges for those messages at its own rates, mainly the ones your business sends first, like reminders.
How reliable is the AI that reads receipts?
It reads clear photos well: supplier, date, total and category, in dollars or bolívares. When it isn't sure, for example with a blurry photo, we have it flag the receipt for someone to check instead of recording it blindly.

Who builds it?
Our team. And the person you talk to is the person who builds your software: you explain your business directly to whoever writes the code, with no go-between.
Where do you work from?
From Venezuela. We talk by WhatsApp, email or video, in English or Spanish, so we work with businesses wherever they are.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. We build it around how your business already works.
When do I see it working?
At every stage. We build in short stages and show you screens that already work, with your real products and prices, so the course can change in time.
What we build
Can you build just a website?
Yes. A project doesn't have to be big: a simple website is as welcome as a full system.
Do you build large systems?
Yes. RUSH runs a whole factory, Termotronic: sales, banks, stock, production, imports and tax books, in dollars and bolívares. PrintCo runs a print shop's quotes, production and stock.
Can you bring over the data from my old system?
Yes. We move it into the new system so you don't start from zero: RUSH began by reading twenty years of invoices out of a DOS program.
Security and support
Is my information safe?
The database is backed up automatically every day. Each employee signs in with their own user and permissions, and the system records who did what.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Whenever you ask for it, we hand it over complete.
Can you hand over the source code?
Yes, if you want it: we quote it separately. Our model is to build your system and then keep looking after it as an ongoing service (the server, the database, updates and fixes), so the code isn't part of the usual price. And if we ever stop working on your system, we hand you the code so it can keep running.
What if something fails?
We look after the server, the database and the system, and keep them up to date. If something fails on our side, it's the first thing we attend to.
What happens after launch?
We launch it and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here for fixes and the next round of improvements.
