Business systems
Do I still need SENIAT-homologated software?
No. Providencia SNAT/2026/00084, of 12 August 2026, repealed SNAT/2024/000121, which required homologated invoicing software. And under Providencia SNAT/2026/00093, from April 2027 every invoice goes through SENIAT's app, an authorized imprenta digital or a fiscal machine, which becomes optional. Confirm your own case with your accountant.
Does it connect to my fiscal machine or a digital invoicing provider (imprenta digital)?
We look at it case by case. It depends on your fiscal machine's model or the imprenta digital you work with, and on what each one allows to connect. We check it before quoting, and the quote says whether it's included and how.
A custom system, or a2, Valery, Profit or Odoo?
If one of those programs works for you as it comes, it may be the fastest route. A custom one makes sense when your business works in a way those programs don't cover, like your production, your pricing or your approvals, and you end up filling the gaps with Excel and chats. Before quoting, we give you our honest opinion.
How much does a business management system cost?
It depends on how many parts it has (sales, stock, production, collections, banks), how many people and branches use it, and whether data has to come over from an old system. We can start with the part you need most and add the rest later. Before anything is built, you have the scope and the price in writing.
Do I have to stop the business while you set it up?
No. We build it in stages while your business keeps using what it uses today, and each part goes live when it's ready, with your team learning it on real orders.

Half to start. The other half however you prefer: at the end, or stage by stage.
How we work
Who builds it?
Our team. And the person you talk to is the person who builds your software: you explain your business directly to whoever writes the code, with no go-between.
Where do you work from?
From Venezuela. We talk by WhatsApp, email or video, in English or Spanish, so we work with businesses wherever they are.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. We build it around how your business already works.
When do I see it working?
At every stage. We build in short stages and show you screens that already work, with your real products and prices, so the course can change in time.
What we build
Can you build just a website?
Yes. A project doesn't have to be big: a simple website is as welcome as a full system.
Do you build large systems?
Yes. RUSH runs a whole factory, Termotronic: sales, banks, stock, production, imports and tax books, in dollars and bolívares. PrintCo runs a print shop's quotes, production and stock.
Can you bring over the data from my old system?
Yes. We move it into the new system so you don't start from zero: RUSH began by reading twenty years of invoices out of a DOS program.
Security and support
Is my information safe?
The database is backed up automatically every day. Each employee signs in with their own user and permissions, and the system records who did what.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Whenever you ask for it, we hand it over complete.
Can you hand over the source code?
Yes, if you want it: we quote it separately. Our model is to build your system and then keep looking after it as an ongoing service (the server, the database, updates and fixes), so the code isn't part of the usual price. And if we ever stop working on your system, we hand you the code so it can keep running.
What if something fails?
We look after the server, the database and the system, and keep them up to date. If something fails on our side, it's the first thing we attend to.
What happens after launch?
We launch it and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here for fixes and the next round of improvements.
