PrintCo Website
Printco prints digital, offset and large format in Caracas. Its website is a swatch book you leaf through: real stocks and finishes that catch the light, the three presses, everything it prints, and a quote form whose requests land straight in the shop's own system, ready to become a quote.

Biogel
Biogel and Time+ are HMD Medical's intimate lubricants, sold in pharmacies across Venezuela. Their website says so with a wink: loud colours, gel that pours and drips, and every product in its own pack colour. A three-step quiz tells each visitor which one is theirs, and the page ends on the pharmacies and drugstores that carry it.

Termotronic
Termotronic has made tankless electric water heaters in Caracas since 1994. Its new website shows why they beat a tank: a day of power use, hour by hour, side by side with an 80-litre tank, and a calculator for how hot the water comes out. Every authorized store is on a map and has its own page, and the list comes straight from RUSH, the system we built for them, so the site and the WhatsApp bot always send people to a store that sells it.

How much does a website cost?
It depends on how many sections it has, whether you already have the text and photos, and whether it needs more than presenting your business, like a catalog or a quote form. Before anything is built, we send you the scope and the price in writing.
Do I pay in dollars or bolívares?
We quote in dollars. How you pay, in dollars or bolívares and by what method, is agreed in writing in the quote.
How much does it cost to keep it running each year?
A website has two recurring costs: the domain, renewed every year, and the server it lives on, with its certificate and updates. The quote shows what it costs to build and what it costs to keep online separately, so there are no surprises.
What do you need from me to start?
What you do and who it's for, your services with prices or examples, photos of your work, and your logo if you have one. With that we build the page; if something's missing, we sort it out together before building.
Can I have my own domain, like yourbusiness.com?
Yes. We set up your domain and its security certificate, the padlock next to the address. If you already have a domain, we use it; if not, we help you choose one.
Should I make it for free with Wix, Canva or AI?
If you only need to be online and have time to put it together, that may be enough. Hiring is worth it when the page has to load fast on a phone, show up when people search for what you do, and lead them to write to you. If a free page does the job for you, we'll tell you.

Half to start. The other half however you prefer: at the end, or stage by stage.
How we work
Who builds it?
Our team. And the person you talk to is the person who builds your software: you explain your business directly to whoever writes the code, with no go-between.
Where do you work from?
From Venezuela. We talk by WhatsApp, email or video, in English or Spanish, so we work with businesses wherever they are.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. We build it around how your business already works.
When do I see it working?
At every stage. We build in short stages and show you screens that already work, with your real products and prices, so the course can change in time.

Can you build just a website?
Yes. A project doesn't have to be big: a simple website is as welcome as a full system.
Do you build large systems?
Yes. RUSH runs a whole factory, Termotronic: sales, banks, stock, production, imports and tax books, in dollars and bolívares. PrintCo runs a print shop's quotes, production and stock.
Can you bring over the data from my old system?
Yes. We move it into the new system so you don't start from zero: RUSH began by reading twenty years of invoices out of a DOS program.
Security and support
Is my information safe?
The database is backed up automatically every day. Each employee signs in with their own user and permissions, and the system records who did what.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Whenever you ask for it, we hand it over complete.
Can you hand over the source code?
Yes, if you want it: we quote it separately. Our model is to build your system and then keep looking after it as an ongoing service (the server, the database, updates and fixes), so the code isn't part of the usual price. And if we ever stop working on your system, we hand you the code so it can keep running.
What if something fails?
We look after the server, the database and the system, and keep them up to date. If something fails on our side, it's the first thing we attend to.
What happens after launch?
We launch it and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here for fixes and the next round of improvements.
