WhatsApp and Instagram chatbots
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. For an assistant to reply on its own, your number has to be on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, the API, not just in the WhatsApp Business app on a phone. We walk you through setting it up with your business's number.
How much does a WhatsApp chatbot cost?
Building it depends on how many questions it handles, whether it has to check orders or prices in your store or system, and whether it answers on WhatsApp, Instagram or both; that goes in the quote. On top of that there are usage costs: Meta charges for WhatsApp messages at its own rates, and the AI charges for what it processes. We explain them before we start.
Does it work on Instagram too?
Yes. Instagram is also Meta's: the assistant connects to your business's professional account and answers direct messages with the same instructions as on WhatsApp.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It hands the conversation to you: a complaint, a special order or anything its instructions don't cover. You get a notice and take it from there.
Can it make up prices or promise something I don't offer?
It answers with the information and rules you give it, and you tell it what it must never promise. Still, no AI is perfect: that's why we test it with real questions before it starts answering, and adjust its instructions with you if something goes wrong.

Half to start. The other half however you prefer: at the end, or stage by stage.
How we work
Who builds it?
Our team. And the person you talk to is the person who builds your software: you explain your business directly to whoever writes the code, with no go-between.
Where do you work from?
From Venezuela. We talk by WhatsApp, email or video, in English or Spanish, so we work with businesses wherever they are.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. We build it around how your business already works.
When do I see it working?
At every stage. We build in short stages and show you screens that already work, with your real products and prices, so the course can change in time.

Can you build just a website?
Yes. A project doesn't have to be big: a simple website is as welcome as a full system.
Do you build large systems?
Yes. RUSH runs a whole factory, Termotronic: sales, banks, stock, production, imports and tax books, in dollars and bolívares. PrintCo runs a print shop's quotes, production and stock.
Can you bring over the data from my old system?
Yes. We move it into the new system so you don't start from zero: RUSH began by reading twenty years of invoices out of a DOS program.
Security and support
Is my information safe?
The database is backed up automatically every day. Each employee signs in with their own user and permissions, and the system records who did what.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Whenever you ask for it, we hand it over complete.
Can you hand over the source code?
Yes, if you want it: we quote it separately. Our model is to build your system and then keep looking after it as an ongoing service (the server, the database, updates and fixes), so the code isn't part of the usual price. And if we ever stop working on your system, we hand you the code so it can keep running.
What if something fails?
We look after the server, the database and the system, and keep them up to date. If something fails on our side, it's the first thing we attend to.
What happens after launch?
We launch it and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here for fixes and the next round of improvements.
