Step 1: Getting to know you
You tell us how your business runs today: how you sell, how your team is organized and where the time goes. We reply within one business day and, if it helps, talk it through on a video call. Then we give you our honest take on what could be simpler and where to start.
Step 2: Quote
We send you, in writing, what the work includes, what it costs and how long it will take. Before anything is built, you know exactly what you're getting.
Step 3: Build
We build in short rounds, and after each one we show you working screens with your real products and prices. You watch it take shape, and we can change course early.
Step 4: Launch and upkeep
We get it running and stay with your team while they learn it on real orders. After that we're still here: fixes, tweaks and improvements as your business grows.

- It depends on what you need. You get the exact price in the quote, before anything is built.
- Who builds it?
- Our team. And the person you talk to is the person who builds your software: you explain your business directly to whoever writes the code, with no go-between.
- Where do you work from?
- From Venezuela. We talk by WhatsApp, email or video, in English or Spanish, so we work with businesses wherever they are.
- Do I have to change how I work?
- No. We build it around how your business already works.
- Can you build just a website?
- Yes. A project doesn't have to be big: a simple website is as welcome as a full system.
- Do you build large systems?
- Yes. RUSH runs a whole factory, Termotronic: sales, banks, stock, production, imports and tax books, in dollars and bolívares. PrintCo runs a print shop's quotes, production and stock.
- What happens after launch?
- We stay available for fixes and the next round of improvements. We can also set up and look after the server and domain.
