Sizes and colours at the register
You create the garment with its options, like size and colour, and the Panel makes every combination, each with its own stock and code. At the register you pick the variant or scan it, and take part in dollars and part by Pago Móvil.

Pago Móvil, transfers and Zelle wait until you confirm them with the bank's messages, matched by reference and amount. A reference that was already used comes up flagged.

On Premium, your online shop, at a link with your brand or on your own domain, takes orders for pickup or delivery. Each delivery order becomes a run you give to your driver or an outside courier, and the customer follows it on the map.

Load your garments
Import them from Excel, with one row per variant under its product, or create them in the Panel by typing the sizes and colours. The clothing template adds a few example products with sizes.

The BCV rate is already there. The clothing template turns on cash, card, Pago Móvil, transfer, Zelle, Binance and Cashea, and you turn off the ones you don't use.

Prices in US dollars. Pay with PayPal or a card, or in crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC), paying the period up front at the day's price. By Pago Móvil or transfer you pay in bolívares at the day's euro rate, and by Zelle in dollars. If you cancel, you keep using it until the end of the period you paid for.
Questions
Can I keep stock by size and colour?
Yes, on every plan. You type the garment's options, up to three, like size (S, M, L) and colour (black, white), and the Panel creates each combination with its own stock, its code and, if you like, its own price.
How do I swap a size?
From the sale you pick what comes back, and the register opens with the exchange: the customer takes the new item and pays or gets back only the difference, in cash, by Pago Móvil or as store credit in their favour. Returns and exchanges come with Basic and Premium, and you decide how many days after the sale you accept them.
Can I sell on Instagram?
On Premium you have an online shop with your brand, at a link or on your own domain, to put on your profile. The customer sees the sizes left, picks pickup or delivery, and the order reaches you on WhatsApp. Free and Basic have a showcase of your products with a WhatsApp button, without a cart.
Can I pay my sellers commission?
Yes, on Premium. You give each seller a percentage, earned on the sale or when the money comes in, and see what each one is owed.
I have two shops. Does it work?
Yes, on Premium. Each shop or storeroom keeps its own stock, and you move goods from one to the other with a transfer.
Can I take Cashea?
Yes. Cashea comes as a payment method, one that a third party pays you later, and the clothing template turns it on.
Does it issue fiscal invoices?
No. It issues notas de entrega (delivery notes) to print or send by WhatsApp, not SENIAT fiscal invoices. If your store invoices with a fiscal printer, keep using it for the invoice and run your stock, register and online shop in the Panel. Write to us before you start if you're unsure.
